  • How much do you charge for individual sessions?
    For individual sessions, I charge $60. Detailed on *Pricing & Plans* page.
  • Do you offer training packages?
    I do. However, it's not strictly by number. My packages are based on frequency in a set period to encourage client consistency. Detailed on *Pricing & Plans* page.
  • How long is a training session?
    Sessions are typically an hour long.
  • Do you offer any meal plans?
    I do not and will not give out meal plans. Please consult a nutritionist or dietitian for any specific nutrition expertise. I can, however, provide you with recommendations on what can help you reach your goals.
  • Do you travel to clients?
    Unfortunately, I do not travel. I train strictly from my home gym in the Laurelton, Queens area of New York.
  • How long before I can expect to see results?
    This is reliant on many factors, such as your history of fitness/athletics, your adherence/consistency, and ultimately your overall goal. Just keep in mind there are no quick fixes. It will be a journey of steady improvements over time
  • How can I book a session?
    You can schedule a session by contacting me directly. But the best way is to book a session via the *Book A Session* page.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to a session. Cancellations of packages will not result in full refunds. Any cancellations within 24 hours will result in $30 cancellation fee.
  • Do you train multiple people?
    Yes. I can train duos and trios in the same hour block. Detailed on *Pricing & Planning* page.
  • What should I bring/wear?
    Comfortable Athletic wear that allows you freedom of movement. I also recommend bring a towel and a water container.
  • Do you offer online training?
    Yes.
